This study investigated the impact of recreating school business management on principals’ overall administrative productivity among secondary schools in Akwa Ibom State. A random sample of one hundred (100) principals was employed for the study. A researcher-designed questionnaire titled Recreating School Business Management and Principals’ Overall Administrative Productivity Questionnaire (RSBPAPQ). Was used for data collection, while Pearson Product Moment Correlation (PPMC) was used for data analyses. In the end, it was discovered that, there was a significant relationship between principals’ provision of instructional aids to teachers and their overall administrative productivity; there was a significant relationship between principals’ good office management and their overall administrative productivity, and there was a significant relationship between principals’ provision of health care facilities and services to teachers and their overall administrative productivity. The study recommended among others, that an inter-disciplinary approach to cover and supervise principals’ administrative responsibilities should be on a regular routine without the prior knowledge of the principals; this would guide, encourage and ginger them into the proper use of the school’s financial resources at their disposal.
